Remote Learning is learning via the internet.  Scholars enrolled at Legacy are able to use their school issued chromebooks to complete assignments given through various platforms such as Zearn, Lexia, Google Classroom and others.

Here are the best and most efficient ways to connect with your scholar's teachers: 

• In the elementary school, parents and teachers use Classdojo. 
• In the middle school, parents connect with teachers using the Remind App. 
• In the high school division, we ask that you email your scholar's teacher directly.

Legacy encourages families practice preventive measures.  Such as: 

• Frequent hand washing
• Avoiding touching one’s face (nose, mouth, and eyes)
• Covering coughs and sneezes
• Avoiding contact with those who have cold or flu-like symptoms 

Self-care is also important:

• Eat well 
• Get plenty of sleep 
• Go for a run/walk outside
• Use online exercise resources
• Try to create a schedule
• Find ways to connect with others (text, telephone, video calls, online chat groups and blogs) while practicing social distancing.
