Procedures for Absences

Please remember that upon returning to school after an absence, the scholar must bring a note to the front office no later than 48 hours after returning school. The note should contain the following:

• Scholar’s legal first & last name
• Scholar's grade level
• Date (s) missed
• Reason for the absence
• Parent or guardian’s signature

For your convenience, you may click the links below to to complete an electronic parent note or scan/email a doctor's excuse.   In addition, feel free to submit an email containing your parent note information upon your student's return to school. You may fax your scholar's absence to 864-631-1109 for middle and high scholars and 864-451-7023 for elementary scholars, or for more information email attendance@legacyearlycollege.org.
